By subscribing to CryptoCronicle (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not subscribe or use the Service.
CryptoCronicle is operated by Pypkar Industries (Pty) Ltd, a South African company.
2. Description of Service
CryptoCronicle provides a daily email newsletter covering cryptocurrency markets, institutional news, and geopolitical analysis. We offer:
- Free Edition: Market prices + 2 story headlines
- Premium Edition: Full stories, analysis, and exclusive content
3. Subscription & Billing
3.1 Free Subscribers
- No payment required
- Cancel anytime by unsubscribing
- No refunds (there's nothing to refund)
3.2 Premium Subscribers
- Price: $5.00 USD per month, billed monthly
- Billing: Automatic recurring charges via Paddle.com
- Payment methods: Credit card, debit card, PayPal (via Paddle)
- Cancellation: Cancel anytime; access continues until the end of your current billing period
- Price changes: We will notify you 30 days in advance of any price increases
3.3 Refund Policy
Full refunds within 7 days of your first payment. No questions asked.
After 7 days, refunds are at our discretion. Contact billing@cryptocronicle.com for refund requests.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to:
- Provide accurate email and payment information
- Not share Premium content publicly (social media, blogs, etc.)
- Not resell, redistribute, or repurpose our content without permission
- Not use the Service for illegal activities
4.1 Content Sharing Policy
- Allowed: Forward emails to friends/colleagues for personal reading
- Allowed: Quote short excerpts with attribution (e.g., "According to CryptoCronicle...")
- Not allowed: Posting full stories on social media, blogs, or newsletters
- Not allowed: Copying content into paid products or services
5. Content Disclaimer
CryptoCronicle is for informational purposes only. It is NOT financial advice.
- We report news, prices, and analysis—we do not recommend specific investments
- Cryptocurrency markets are highly volatile and speculative
- You are solely responsible for your investment decisions

6. No Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties regarding:
- Accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of content
- Uninterrupted or error-free delivery
- Fitness for a particular purpose
While we strive for accuracy, errors may occur. We are not liable for decisions made based on our content.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pypkar Industries (Pty) Ltd shall not be liable for:
- Investment losses or financial damages
- Missed opportunities or delayed information
- Technical issues (email delivery failures, website downtime)
- Third-party service disruptions (SendGrid, Paddle, Cloudflare)
Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the past 12 months.

All content in CryptoCronicle newsletters (text, images, analysis) is owned by Pypkar Industries (Pty) Ltd and protected by copyright.
- You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission
- The "CryptoCronicle" name and logo are trademarks of Pypkar Industries (Pty) Ltd
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you:
- Violate these Terms
- Use the Service fraudulently
- Engage in abusive behavior toward our team
You may terminate your subscription at any time by unsubscribing or canceling your Premium plan.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms occasionally. Changes will be posted here with a new "Last Updated" date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
11. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of South Africa.
Disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes will be handled in South African courts.
