Once CryptoCronicle launches (Monday, May 26, 2026), this page will let you:
📧 Update Email Address
Change the email where you receive the daily newsletter.
⬆️ Upgrade to Premium
Switch from Free to Premium ($5/mo) instantly.
⬇️ Downgrade to Free
Cancel Premium and return to the Free edition (keeps you subscribed).
💳 Update Payment Method
Change your credit card or payment details (via Paddle).
🛑 Unsubscribe Completely
Stop receiving emails. You can always resubscribe later.
How to Manage Your Subscription (After Launch)
Option 1: Use the Email Link
Every CryptoCronicle newsletter includes a "Manage Subscription" link in the footer. Click it to access your personal settings page (no login required).
Option 2: Contact Us
Email support@cryptocronicle.com and we'll help you:
- Update your email address
- Cancel or pause your subscription
- Process refunds (within 7 days of first payment)
- Troubleshoot delivery issues
Option 3: Unsubscribe Directly
Every email includes an "Unsubscribe" link at the bottom. One click removes you from the list.
Premium Cancellation Details
If you cancel Premium:
- Access continues until the end of your current billing period
- You'll automatically downgrade to Free (you stay subscribed)
- No future charges unless you re-upgrade
- Full refund available within 7 days of your first payment
Having Trouble?
If you're not receiving newsletters, check:
- Spam/Junk folder: Mark CryptoCronicle as "Not Spam" and move it to Inbox
- Promotions tab (Gmail): Drag the email to Primary to receive it there
- Email filters: Whitelist
